Are there any other fees, like monthly association dues?

Each unit owner will pay $ 250 per month for Condo Association fees.We have put a very high amount of “Reserve” into the budget. At a later point , if the condo assoc so desires, the reserve and the budget could be reduced and therefore the monthly fee of $ 250 to each owner. 
I believe that a high Reserve assures that the property for years to come will remain in good and presentable condition and will therefore increase the market value of each unit. We want to insure market value Appreciation for the owners and the hotel management company.
