I would be interested in renting a unit on a monthly basis. I am a senior with limited income and am having a great deal of trouble affording a rental for myself for 850/mo. I would be only to happy to pay a 850 processing fee. Have you ever considered renting these on a monthly basis or with a lease? I have lived in this area before and think it’s a great area to live in and Winter Haven is only about 25 minutes away. The rates are a whole lot higher there.
