The new prices for our condominiums are $ 115,000 for the inside units with garden/pool view and $ 105,000 for outside units with street view
When Units are taken under contract, please make surethe monthly payments of $ 850.00 can be identified. 
Therefore, please add the room number in Dollar and Cents amount.
Sample:   Room  179   =  $ 850.00 plus $ 1.79 = total $ 851.79
