Is ownership of the unit deeded?

We should determine today, which unit you will choose. The reason is that we are selling very fast and there may not be any units remaining in the future. 
In such case you do not have the choice of getting an Hotel room for your investment and would instead be paid back plus profit as stated in the PPP.
