I am asking if the fee is weather I rent it or you guys do.
If you want to rent the unit by yourself, you can do so. However,only long term leases. We can not have 150 real estate agents running through the property renting rooms.
For short term rentals, weekly or daily, the hotel management company will be available to assist.
Im interested in possibly renting a room to eventually own. Is this possible and are there units available still? If so, please list any and all expenses, as well as rules/regulations and pet regulations also. Thank you so very much.

To qualify you need a proof of income of more than $1800 per month and a non violence background check.
