Each hotel room owner will be charged $250 per month.
We have placed a very high “Reserve” into the Budget. the Budget may be reduced by the owners in the future to reduce the monthly fee, by reducing the Reserve.
I believe , in order to insure appreciation of your real estate, one must have sufficient reserves to keep the property in good condition and have the funds to even continue to upgrade the same.
Only when the property continues to be attractive, the prices for the hotel condominium units will appreciate and high occupancy of the hotel is assured.
